Firefly

Discovering fireflies in Monza Park. A magical evening to learn about the characteristics of these fascinating insects. It will be easy to be amazed at that biochemical phenomenon called bioluminescence.
Fireflies are important environmental indicators: where these fascinating insects are present to light up meadows and forests, the environment is clean! An educational-environmental activity in the oldest forest in Monza Park, Bosco Bello, to learn about the characteristics of these particular insects.
The activity includes a presentation introducing the world of nocturnal birds of prey and a hike in the Bosco Bello also with listening to the songs and calls of owls, tawny owls and owls.

During the firefly, activities are led by META professional educators and parents are not expected to be present.
Admissions are limited.

In case of bad weather, activities will be readjusted and held in the Cascina’s indoor facilities. Admissions are limited.

Online registration must be done with the form you will find on this page by 6 p.m. on the Friday before the activity takes place.
The transaction takes place on the secure Paypal platform. You do not need to have a Paypal account to complete the purchase, you must have a credit or debit card enabled for online payments.
There is no refund in case of non-participation in the activity.

Current health regulations will be adhered to during the activity, including the triage procedure at entry, with temperature control for each participant. Participants from 6 years of age must have their own mask, which is necessary in case they need to enter indoor spaces.

The Meta Social Cooperative declares that the performance of the requested activities, including any use of indoor and outdoor spaces under its jurisdiction and necessary equipment, is carried out in compliance with current health and safety regulations.
